Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the account executive is to grow premium and physician book of business in designated territory. The account executive is responsible for calling on physicians and physician groups to sell medical malpractice insurance, commercial insurance, and disability insurance along with other ancillary insurance products. Account executive is responsible for generating leads via phone calls, direct mail, and social media.

Job Responsibilities
~ Market multiple insurance products to physicians-medical malpractice insurance, disability income insurance, employment practices, cyber insurance
~ Develop physician and practice manager referral base
~ Generate sales proposals and present to insurance products to decision makers
~ Must provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/pipeline forecast via Salesforce
~ Responsible for renewing and providing ongoing customer service to all accounts
~ Function as an active team member by attending and contributing to office staff meetings
~ Implements and follows company policy and procedures and information according to code of conduct/employee handbook/and other applicable work related expectations.

Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is service, meet and build relationships with current clients. Customer Service Representative will assist Account Executive to call on physicians and physician groups to sell, commercial insurance along with other insurance products

Job Responsibilities
~ Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders
~ Prepare renewal comparison, policies, insurance certificates, policy changes, billing clarifications, payment plans and procedures
~ Generate sales proposals and supporting marketing materials for account executives
~ Process and input all client communication into Salesforce-e-mails, voicemails, faxes, scanned documents
~ Responsible for renewing and providing ongoing customer service to all accounts
~ Function as an active team member by attending and contributing to office staff meetings
